Enterprise Handles
i have just bought my first Enterprise which i am restoring resdy for next years sailing..only problem is that the wooden bow handles off the deck are missing!! can any one tell me where i can get new ones, …thanks

Hi there, I have never seen these wooden handles for sale anywhere! but it should be a fairly straightforward matter to make some from hard wood. Best bet would be to take a pattern from another boat and cut out with a Jig saw and then shape with a file then finish with sand paper.
another possibility would be to contact Porter Brothers who build Wayfarers which are still fitted with this type of handle. or try posting a free ad on boatsandoutboards.co.uk
